On the latest episode of Spirit in the Material World, I sat down with New Orleans’ own Ifátùmínínú Bamgbàlà Arẹ̀sà, the founder and Head Revolutionary in Charge of A Black Creative’s Guide. We discuss her travel and time spent in Tanzania, Nigeria and the African continent; her passion for connecting Black creatives from across the Diaspora; and the need for safe spaces for Black folks to express themselves and appreciate art.

I always leave so full and enriched from our conversations especially as we often dive into Black identity and being from the United States when traveling throughout the Diaspora.
